I've been playing Free Lotto about twice a week for 3-4 months, I have yet to win big but I have won a total of $5.00 in 3 different wins. They sent each check out immediately ($2,$2,$1) instead of having to wait to win a larger amount. And I won cash, not a $5 "coupon" at some web site that I can get the same thing for being a first time buyer.
Free Lotto used to be very slow to load but they have gotten much better over time. You only have to click three times to get your entry in and can play 3-4 times a day.
There is a bit of an annoyance lately, when you are done playing and close the window a small window for another online contest pops up for Gamesville, which I find annoying. (UPDATE: they have gotten ride of this)
UPDATE: 2/2001 I have won another $2 I probally play once
or twice a week at this point, usually when I am waiting on hold.
